Bookings:

All booking are not confirmed until Gameouts thoroughly reviews the location and place of the party. Due to poor/unsafe constructed roads, before travel it is top priority that Gameouts maps out the location of any event and confirm whether it is safe to travel to that particular event. once a location is deemed acceptable for travel, Gameouts will proceed and prepare to host the event.

 

Refund/cancellation policy/reschedule:

Gameouts does not charge to reschedule an event, due to the fact we understand things happen and conflicts may arise. With this being the case, it is important you let us know early as possible if you would like to reschedule. If rescheduling is not an option and you wish to cancel we will need to know at least 14 days in advance for a full refund. NO REFUND will be issued within 14 days of the reservation. Due to any unforeseen issues or circumstances before a party, Gameouts has the right to cancel a party due to technical or functional issues with the Gametruck. If a cancellation is needed by Gameouts, a refund will be issued and guests can decide to reschedule an event at a later date.

PRIVACY POLICY:

Gameouts is committed to protecting your privacy. We use the information we collect on the site to make bookings with Gameouts as simple as possible and to enhance your overall experience. We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to others.

 

Weather Policy:

At Gameouts, we will make every reasonable attempt to deliver an event, However if weather is affected by signs unsafe weather (heavy rainfall/snow, high winds, unsafe roads, flooding’s or tornado warnings, etc.) Gameouts reserves the rights to reschedule your service and guarantee the safety of the participants, our staff and equipment. Please contact us soon to begin the rescheduling process.

 

Travel Surcharge:

Our primary service area is a 45 mile radius of Goldsboro North Carolina, 27533.  We will also permit areas outside of our primary service area but only after reviewing the area before making a decision. Any party outside of our service area will also incur a fuel surcharge fee when we travel to the secondary area which will be included in the final Price.

 

Parking Policy:

Prior to arrival, please allocate 60 feet (approximately 7 parking spaces) for the game trailer to park free of hazards and in a secure area. To avoid damage to customer and the game truck, we reserve the right to refuse to pull the trailer onto the property. Delays that are caused by clearing space will not prevent us from leaving at the scheduled time.

Supervised Children:

Gameouts does not require a parent or adult to be present inside or outside the trailer. We will have game coaches and managers supervise to ensure safety. However it is always best to have an adult/parent present in order for game coaches to get in contact with an adult.

REFUSAL OF SERVICE:

Gameouts reserves the right to refuse service to client if we observe behavior which we deem to be a potential threat to our employees, guests or our equipment. Such behavior includes, but is not limited to, obvious intoxication, observed or suspected drug use, aggressive language or behavior, unsafe surroundings, etc. In this case, we may refuse to start a party or terminate an ongoing event.

 

Damage/Injury Policy:

Gameouts or any of its employees will not be responsible for any damage to property resulting from a request by the client to position the theater in a specific location. This includes both above ground and below ground property/equipment damage. Additionally, Game-outs reserves the right to charge the client’s credit card for damages to the trailer or equipment resulting from the careless or willful damage of same by client’s guests. Game-outs or their employees assume no responsibility for any injuries sustained on the client’s property or their designated location. All liability for damages or injuries is the sole responsibility of the client and/or host.

 

Food/Drink:

Gameouts does not allow any food or drinks inside the video game theater. Please have guests consume them outside of the trailer prior to entering.

 

Alcohol/drugs:

 Alcohol is not permitted. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel or shut-down an event when the consumption of alcohol creates a disturbance. Drugs of any sort will not be tolerated in or around Game-outs equipment. Any observed use of illegal drugs/narcotics or legal narcotics used in an illegal manner will result in the termination of the party.

 

Pictures:

While your party is in effect, Game Coaches may take pictures of the party from inside the trailer. We may use these on our Twitter, Instagram, Facebook page or our website. If you do not want our Game Coaches taking pictures or posting them to our social media accounts, please notify the Game Coach prior to the start of the party.

 

 

VIDEO GAME RATINGS:

Our Game Coach will not play any “M” rated or higher game in the video game theater without authorization from the client prior to the party/event or adult approval at the time of the event. If you wish to have an “M” rated game or higher at your party/event please contact us, indicating the game you prefer or let the Game Coach know as soon as you can after he gets there

 

TIPS:

 Game coaches are there to ensure that the game party runs efficient and smooth as possible. They will instruct and make sure that games are placed properly and that everyone understands how to use the equipment.
